BEER ADOBO-San Miguel Beer makes Adobo taste better....

Marinade mixture:

1/4 cup crushed garlic
1 teaspoon crushed peppercorns
1/2 lemon
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 LB chicken (thighs, breasts, legs...whatever you want)
1/2 bottle San Miguel Beer
1/2 cup water

In a small bowl mix together garlic, peppercorns, lemon and soy sauce. Pour over your chicken pieces and marinate in the fridge overnight, so don,t do this if your frickin hungry and want something that same day.

To cook: Drain chicken pieces and keep the marinade. Place the chicken pieces in a large pot (cooking pot). Pour in the beer, water and the marinade you kept from earlier. Heat to simmer, covered, until the chicken pieces are tender.

Of course serve it w/ steamed rice!
